I’m not one to take pictures of my food/plates before I enjoy them. But I did manage to get a picture of both desserts we had on the trip! There were so many great places to eat all around us (and we did eat seafood every night) but we were also on a budget. We tried to be strategic with the $$$ and made most of our breakfasts –until the fridge froze our eggs– and all of our lunches. Below are some of the places we did enjoy and would recommend:
Breakfast
Seacrest Sundries — Great simple breakfast plates and also had any grocery store needs you forgot. $
Donut Hole — We didn’t try the donuts but they looked amazing! $-$$
Seafood
Cowgirl Kitchen — Mexican inspired seafood dishes. $$
Stinky’s Fish Camp — Bacon gouda smoked oysters were m o u t h w a t e r i n g. $$$
Bud and Alley’s Taco Bar — Delicious tacos (smaller portions) and margaritas. $$
Old Florida Fish House — 1000x yes to this place. We searched and searched for fried seafood on our last night and man, did this place deliver! Their sushi is also the BEST we have ever had. $$-$$$
Dessert
La Crema — We splurged and each got a molten cake mug our last night… and it blew our minds. $$
30A Pop Stop — Perfectly fresh popsicles. Be sure to try the coconut! $
Drinks
The Havana — On top on the gorgeous Pearl Hotel. Sunset views make the $12-15 cocktails worth it for one night. $$
